An email invitation was previously sent to all clubs to attend a Club Secretaries and TO’s meeting to be held this Thursday 9th August from 7.00pm.
If your club secretary and/or tournament officer is not available to attend, you may send alternate club representatives. Please try to send a minimum of one person, maximum of two people per club and reply to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating who will be attending.
This meeting will include a working session to develop the 2019 shoot calendar, so bring dates for your club’s planned shoots.
